The days of indoor training being only for wet weather are long gone. If you’re not including indoor training as part of your preparation you are missing out on this important aspect.

Select your workout

There are already many plans and workouts designed by Kevin Poulton within Zwift ready for you to use.

All you need is a Zwift account and you can log in and start using the same training that helped Mat Hayman win Paris-Roubaix.

Complete the entire plan or choose individual workouts that meet your needs.

There’s also racing and group workouts available on Zwift.

Zwift is a legitimate training tool used by the worlds best riders to gain an advantage. With the added bonus of being fun and sociable, training on Zwift will take your fitness to the next level.

During each workout, you will have the intervals and intensity tailored to meet your needs. You can choose to have your entire training plan on Zwift or just one or two specific sessions each week.

Zwift easily links to your TrainingPeaks account, giving you the flexibility of completing workouts in real life (IRL) or indoors.
